Every project brief is different, so we don’t quote from a menu. As a rough guide, most WordPress builds we take on start around $1,000 and can go up to $20,000 depending on scope. Send us what you have and we’ll give you an honest number, not a sales pitch.
Timelines depend on how defined your brief is. A straightforward custom WordPress site usually takes two to three weeks from kickoff to launch. Tighter deadlines are possible, but we’d rather tell you upfront than promise something we can’t keep.
We keep the onboarding light: a project brief, design files if you have them, content (or a plan for it), access to any existing site, and a realistic target date. Missing something? Send what you’ve got. Half a brief is still a starting point.
A founder reads every submission. If it looks like a fit, we’ll reply within one business day with a few clarifying questions or a time to talk. No auto-responder maze, no account manager buffer.
