CodeCaste is searching for an energetic and committed Junior Business Development Executive (telecaller for outbound sale) to educate, strategize, and successfully sell CodeCaste services through a high volume of outbound sales calls. With veritable experience in both outbound sales and customer-facing roles, our ideal candidate will become an expert in CodeCaste products and solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead generation through various sources like cold calling,email marketing,bidding portals , etc
- Bidding on various bid portals.
- Build Effective Sales Pitch and Sales.
- Providing brief introduction about the organization to the client.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Understanding clients requirement and needs in detail.
- Discussing the requirements with Technical team.
- Preparing a detailed proposal and quote based on the Teams understanding.
- To convince the prospect and get the project on board.
- Build positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ildentify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns.
Skills and qualifications
- Should have excellent communication skill.
- Must have fluency in English.
- Should be able to interact with clients confidently.
- Should have excellent documentation skills and understanding of business terms.
- Should have target oriented sales approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- Good hands on Proposal writing.
- 1 year of experience is required.
